Since the beginning, we’ve been employing men who have undergone rehabilitation for alcohol and drug addiction in Lviv rehabilitation centers, as well as veterans..

Individuals who have completed rehabilitation and are ready to work come to our workshop, where they undergo training, acquire new professional skills, and demonstrate their capabilities. 

During the internship, our mentors work with the rehabilitants, helping them adjust, develop social skills, and providing psychological support. After successfully completing the internship, we sign employment contracts and begin creating together. Former rehabilitants receive fair wages on par with everyone else, a benefits package, and become part of a friendly team..

Currently, we collaborate with the Lviv Educational Foundation and the public organization “Building Ukraine Together.” Through these organizations, we assist people facing challenging life circumstances by allocating 10% of our net income.
